My name is Erik Schmidt, and I'm a Ski Instructor at Breckenridge Ski Resort. After spending my days on the mountain with visitors from around the world, I kept hearing the same thing: after a full day of skiing or snowboarding, the last thing people wanted to do was wait for a table in town or figure out dinner at home.

That's why I created Schmidt Haus Kitchen.

I bring the restaurant to you. I handle the grocery shopping, preparation, cooking, & cleanup, all in the comfort of your vacation home or lodging. Whether you're celebrating with family, traveling with friends, or simply want to relax after an unforgettable day on the mountain, I'll prepare a fresh, homemade meal so you can spend more time together and less time worrying about dinner.
