Schmidt Haus Kitchen

My name is Erik Schmidt, and I'm a Ski Instructor at Breckenridge. I built Schmidt Haus Kitchen because in my experience as an Instructor, people are looking for great food without having to leave their lodging. After a long day of skiing and riding, it can be tiring to go back out again for a nice dinner. On top of that, a lot of the restaurants in Breckenridge lack the ability to seat large parties. This is where I come in. I do all the shopping and prep work, and then I come to your lodging and cook you and your party an amazing meal. So just sit back and relax and let me do the cooking. All you need to do is enjoy the food!
