My name is Erik Schmidt, and I'm a Ski Instructor at Breckenridge. I built Schmidt Haus Kitchen because in my experience as an Instructor, people are looking for great food without having to leave their lodging. After a long day of skiing and riding, it can be tiring to go back out again for a nice dinner. On top of that, a lot of the restaurants in Breckenridge lack the ability to seat large parties. This is where I come in. I do all the shopping and prep work, and then I come to your lodging and cook you and your party an amazing meal. So just sit back and relax and let me do the cooking.
